Bob makes fudge

Bob started making fudge in the 50's each batch was hand made and poured into forms to set to the perfect consistency. Then he would hand cut each piece and box it up for sale. In his later years he only sold his fudge at BriarLane Jams & Jellies in Wellfleet, Ma. (Cape Cod). Eventually he showed BriarLane Jams & Jellies how he made such a great fudge along with all his hand written recipes. Briarlane still sources the same fine quality ingredients from the same places and follows the recipe as if it was Bob stirring the batch. Each batch has that same quality and care put into it as if Bob was standing there stirring the fudge himself.
